People

Invite teammates to your workspace so your whole team can monitor reviews and mentions together.

Go to People in the left sidebar.

Every Subsig plan supports multiple team members with no upgrade required. Each person gets their own account with the appropriate access level.

Roles

  • Organisation Owner — full access to all settings, billing, and team management. One per workspace.

  • Project Member — access to review and mention data for assigned projects.

  • Organisation Member — general workspace access, no billing or admin controls.

Inviting a teammate

  1. Enter their email address in the Email field

  2. Select their role from the Type dropdown

  3. Click Invite

They'll receive an invitation email. Their status shows as Pending until they accept, then changes to Accepted.

Managing members

The Members table shows every person with their role, email, status, and join date. Click Remove to revoke access.

💡 Invite your customer success team as Organisation Members so they can monitor and respond to reviews without access to billing.
