Social Mentions Keywords
Control what keywords Subsig tracks across social platforms for your brand.
Go to Settings → Brands → Overview and scroll to Social Mentions Keywords.
Your brand name is added by default. You can extend it with product names, taglines, or common abbreviations your customers use when talking about you. The more specific your keywords, the less noise you'll get in your mentions feed.
Social platforms themselves are configured under Social Platforms in the left sidebar.
💡 Add common misspellings of your brand name if your product name is often mistyped — those mentions would otherwise be missed.
