Review Filters notification

Narrow which reviews trigger a notification by rating, language, sentiment, and more.

When creating a Reviews notification, the Review Filters section lets you control exactly what triggers an alert:

  • Ratings — select specific star ratings (e.g. 1.0–2.9 for a critical alert, or 5.0 for social proof)

  • Language — limit to reviews in specific languages (English, German, Spanish, French, or all)

  • Sentiment — filter by Positive, Neutral, or Negative sentiment (calculated automatically for every review)

  • Auto-translate — toggle on to translate all incoming reviews to English before delivery, useful when your team doesn't read all the languages your users write in

💡 A 3-star review isn't always negative, sentiment analysis catches genuinely frustrated customers even at mid-range ratings. Combine rating + sentiment filters for the most precise critical review alert.
