Mention & Review Limits
Understand your plan quota and what happens when you approach the limit.
Every plan includes a quota for two types of data:
Mentions — social mentions collected per billing period
Reviews — reviews collected per billing period
Your current usage is always visible at the bottom of the left sidebar (e.g. Mentions: 1.0K of 3.9K used, Reviews: 800 of 15K used).
When you reach the limit for a category, Subsig stops collecting new data for it until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
💡 App store platforms (App Store, Play Store) tend to generate far more reviews than B2B platforms (G2, Capterra). If you're tracking both, your review quota will fill faster than you might expect.
