About the Role
We are hiring a BD Sales specialist to drive outbound growth using our AI-powered Sales Machines platform. In this role, you will operate and continuously optimise automated sales workflows from prospecting and outreach through to pipeline qualification while personally closing deals and managing client relationships. You are both the driver of the machine and a skilled closer: you understand how to set up and run AI-driven outbound systems and can convert the pipeline they generate.
Key Responsibilities
Run and optimise our AI-powered outbound sales workflows (cold email, LinkedIn, multi-channel sequences)
Configure and iterate on sales agent prompts, sequences, and targeting criteria to maximise conversion
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close
Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them efficiently through the funnel
Conduct product demos and discovery calls, clearly articulating our value proposition
Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to improve sales machine performance
Track and report on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Identify new market segments and growth opportunities for automated outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
Sales & Business Development
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Experience running cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or multi-channel)
Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demos
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
AI & Sales Automation
Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, or similar)
Ability to write and iterate on cold outreach copy and AI prompt sequences
Comfort interpreting campaign metrics and making data-driven optimisations
Understanding of how AI sales agents work and how to configure them for specific audiences
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS, AI products, or automation services
Familiarity with Clay, n8n, or similar tools for enrichment and outreach workflows
Experience building or managing a sales development function
Strong personal network in target verticals
