About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI Operations & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our growing team across AI visibility, SEO, content marketing, and operational workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, project coordination, research, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our operations and growth teams to help monitor online visibility, support marketing initiatives, manage internal processes, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AI search results, brand mentions, and online visibility metrics

• Support SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing initiatives

• Assist with research, data collection, and reporting activities

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases

• Coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines across teams

• Manage administrative and operational workflows

• Support client communications and follow-up activities

• Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Operations & Administration

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Professional and confident when communicating with clients and team members

• Strong documentation and reporting abilities

Digital & Technical Skills

• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms

• Strong internet research skills

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus

Marketing & SEO (Preferred)

• Understanding of SEO concepts and content marketing fundamentals

• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or online growth strategies

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or content projects is a plus
