About the Role
We are looking for a curious and driven Agentic Operator Intern to join our AI operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how production AI agents work, assist in monitoring outputs, help refine prompts, and support day-to-day operations. You do not need a technical background just a genuine interest in AI, strong attention to detail, and the drive to learn quickly. This internship offers real exposure to cutting-edge agentic workflows and a clear pathway to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor AI agent outputs on a daily basis and flag quality issues or anomalies
Assist in reviewing and categorising agent responses to support quality benchmarking
Help draft, test, and iterate on prompts under the guidance of senior operators
Maintain internal documentation, logs, and trackers
Support the operations team with research, data entry, and workflow testing tasks
Participate in team reviews and share observations from day-to-day operations
Learn the fundamentals of agentic AI systems and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in any field (technology, business, communications, or related preferred)
Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how LLMs work
Strong attention to detail you notice things others miss
Good written English communication skills
Comfortable using productivity tools: Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Experience with no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable
Basic data skills: spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, pivot tables
Any prior work or volunteer experience in operations, customer service, or research
