Agentic Operator (Generalist)

About the Role

We are hiring an Agentic Operator to run, manage, and continuously improve our AI agent operations. You will be the human-in-the-loop keeping our agentic workflows running smoothly monitoring outputs, refining prompts, handling exceptions, and working closely with engineering to resolve issues. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of operations, AI, and product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor AI agent pipelines on a daily basis, ensuring quality outputs and smooth execution

  • Review agent outputs, flag errors, and take corrective action where needed

  • Write, test, and iterate on prompts to improve agent accuracy and reliability

  • Manage and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and workflows used by the agent operations team

  • Document edge cases, failure patterns, and escalation procedures

  • Coordinate with engineering to report bugs, request improvements, and validate fixes

  • Support onboarding of new agent use cases by mapping out workflows and testing end-to-end

  • Track key operational metrics and surface insights to leadership

  • Work with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and configure agents accordingly

Required Qualifications

Operations & Process
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, process management, customer success, or a related role

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Ability to document processes clearly and maintain SOPs

  • Experience using project management or ticketing tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, Jira, etc.)

AI & Tooling
  • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar on a daily basis

  • Basic understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work (no coding required)

  • Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) is a plus

  • Ability to write clear, structured prompts and evaluate LLM outputs critically

Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client-facing teams

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset you flag problems and come with suggestions

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech company

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales automation platforms

  • Exposure to data analysis (spreadsheets, basic SQL, or dashboards)

  • Prior experience in AI operations, trust & safety, or content review

Education
