About the Role

We are hiring a Chinese-speaking Agentic Operator to run and manage our AI agent operations for Chinese-language markets and workflows. You will monitor agentic pipelines, review outputs, refine prompts in Chinese, and serve as a key bridge between our operations team and Chinese-speaking clients or partners. This role combines operational excellence with strong language skills to ensure our AI systems perform accurately and culturally appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor AI agent pipelines handling Chinese-language content and workflows

• Review agent outputs in Mandarin/Cantonese, flag errors, and apply corrections

• Write, test, and iterate on prompts in both English and Chinese to improve agent quality

• Liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams as needed

• Document edge cases, failure patterns, and escalation procedures in English and Chinese

• Coordinate with engineering to report bugs and validate fixes

• Support onboarding of new agent use cases by mapping workflows and testing end-to-end

• Track key operational metrics and surface insights to leadership

• Ensure cultural accuracy and appropriateness of AI outputs for Chinese-speaking audiences

Required Qualifications

Language

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); Cantonese is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to evaluate AI-generated Chinese content for quality, tone, and cultural accuracy

Operations & Process

• 2+ years of experience in operations, process management, customer success, or a related role

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Ability to document processes clearly and maintain SOPs in English

• Experience using project management or ticketing tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.)

AI & Tooling

• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar on a daily basis

• Basic understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work

• Ability to write clear, structured prompts in English and Chinese and evaluate outputs critically

• Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Chinese B2B markets, SaaS platforms, or tech companies

• Familiarity with CRM or sales automation platforms

• Prior exposure to AI operations, content review, or quality assurance

• Experience with WeChat Work, DingTalk, or other Chinese business communication tools
