We're an AI startup hiring a BDR / Sales Associate to join our team in Bangkok.

Subsig helps brands show up in AI search. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for a recommendation, we make sure the right brands get mentioned. It's a fast-moving space and we're growing fast.

We're backed by early employees from Canva, Dropbox, Trustpilot, and Framer, and work with companies like Hostinger, Pipedrive, and Similarweb. Our founders' backgrounds include Product Growth at Meta and the first product growth hire at Canva.

We're behind on where we want to be with pipeline. Outreach volume and meetings booked both need to go up, consistently, week over week. We're looking for someone who can own that problem end to end: build the lists, run the outreach, book the meetings, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook. As we scale, you'll also help us bring on and train the next people who join the sales team. If you're someone who takes ownership of a number and doesn't let it slide, this is the role.

What you'd be doing:

• Researching and building targeted lists of potential customers

• Running outreach campaigns and booking meetings, consistently hitting weekly targets

• Sitting in on sales calls and learning how we close

• Testing new outreach angles in the AI space

• Owning your pipeline numbers and reporting on progress

• Owning a defined project end to end, with a clear deliverable

What we're looking for:

• Hungry, curious, and not afraid to talk to people

• Comfortable owning a number and being accountable for hitting it

• Organized enough to manage a high volume of outreach without losing track of people

• Based in Bangkok, or able to relocate for the role

• Some interest in AI, SaaS, or startups
