About Us

We are an AI reputation and visibility company building two products: Subsig, which helps ai, software, and b2b companies show up in AI-generated answers across tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and Subscribed.fyi, a SaaS discovery and reviews platform.

We were founded by operators from Meta and Canva, and we are backed by a strong group of angels, including growth pioneer Sean Ellis and earliest team members from Canva, Dropbox, Trustpilot, and Framer. Along the way we have worked with companies like Hostinger, Pipedrive, and Similarweb. We are small, fast, and building in one of the most exciting spaces in tech right now.

About the Role

This is a great first design role for someone early in their career who wants to grow quickly and build a portfolio they are proud of.

As an Associate Agentic Designer, you will design across everything we make. That includes brand and marketing assets, client-facing reports and decks, and product interface work across both of our products. You will learn to use AI design and prototyping tools to move quickly from an idea to a finished piece, and you will see your work go live in front of real customers.

You will work closely with our founders and our growth, operations, and engineering teams, with real mentorship and real ownership from day one. If you are creative, curious, and eager to learn, this is a place where you can do the best work of your early career.

What You Will Do

Design marketing and brand assets across both products, including social graphics, web visuals, one-pagers, and campaign material

Support product interface design and help shape UI screens and prototypes

Create polished client-facing deliverables such as reports, proposals, playbooks, and pitch decks

Use AI design and prototyping tools to bring ideas to life quickly

Keep our look and feel consistent across everything, from fonts and colors to spacing and layout

Build and maintain reusable templates and asset systems that make the whole team faster

Take rough briefs and turn them into finished visuals

What We Are Looking For

Design and Craft

A good eye for layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

Some work you can show us, whether from school, personal projects, internships, or freelance

A sense of pride in getting the details right

Tools

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, the Adobe suite, Canva, or similar

Openness to using AI design and prototyping tools (we will help you get up to speed)

Comfort learning new software quickly

How You Work

Organized, reliable, and able to juggle a few projects at once

Happy to work independently and take ownership of your work

A problem solver who enjoys figuring things out
